- Is your account login locked?- As a security feature, accounts are locked for 10 minutes after three unsuccessful login attempts. If you are locked out, please retry after 10 minutes. If this continues to be a challenge, please reset your password. 
- I have more than one student—how do I view the other students?- To view other students, click on the student name and a dropdown menu of all your students will appear. Select the student you want to view. For web users, see Section D in the Parent Portal User Guide—Web. For mobile users, see Section D in the Parent Portal User Guide—Mobile. Links to these guides are listed on the right-hand side of this web page. Note: You will need a PDF viewer to view the guide. 
- How do I access the report card?- Report cards are available in the Student Portfolio area. For web users, see Section E in the Parent Portal User Guide—Web.
