Dear Families,

We are excited to announce that our ESHS Meet the Teacher Event will take place on Thursday, September 17 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This event provides an opportunity for your child to introduce you to their teacher, showcase their classroom, and give you a tour of their school.

Schedule for the Evening

• 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Inflatable Obstacle Courses (Gym)
• 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Family Pizza Dinner (Gym or Outdoors, weather permitting)
• 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Meet the Teacher (Classrooms)

Pizza Orders

Families are welcome to pre-order pizza to enjoy during the event.

• Cost: $12 per pizza
• Options: Cheese or Pepperoni

Please complete the online order form and send payment with your child by Monday, September 14 by 3:00 p.m.

Please submit one form per family. Payment may be made by cash or cheque payable to ESHS. Unfortunately, online payment is not yet available for events such as this. Pre-ordered pizzas can be picked up in the front lobby and enjoyed in the gym or outside. Please note that seating will be limited.

Drinks and chips will also be available for purchase. If possible, please bring loonies and toonies, as change may be limited.

Inflatable Obstacle Courses

From 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the gym will feature two large inflatable obstacle courses. Students and families are invited to test their speed, agility, and teamwork as they race through these exciting challenges.

This is always a popular activity and a great way to have fun together while building school spirit!

Please note that the obstacle courses will close promptly at 5:30 p.m.  and the official Meet the Teacher portion of the evening will begin.
